Dance Steps (Elements)

In adighe choreography there are a few dance steps that are most frequently encountered  in dance performances. Learning them will give an opportunity to develop unique dancing skills, which are the basis for professional adigha dance performance.

Main five dance steps are:

Q'o, steps forward along the straight line or in the circle.
