Variation 1.

"One" - right foot to slightly raise and to advance forward on tiptoes.
"And" - left foot to advance forward on tiptoes.

Variation 2.

According to this variation, put one foot parallel to the other when advancing ahead. It is adapted in Zafak and Café.
“One" - slightly raise right foot and to advance forward on tiptoes.
"And" - left foot to make sliding change from the tiptoes to entire foot so that the feet would be in 3 straight position. "Two", "And"  repeat the movements  from "One" -"And".

Variation 3.

This element is adapted in almost all dances.

"One" - slightly raise right foot and advance forward on the tiptoes..
"And" - advance forward on tiptoes of the left foot.
"Two" - right foot to put next to the left with the entire foot.
"And"- maintain the pause. This movement can be begun from the left foot also.

Fourth movement - steps with attachment of one foot crosswise behind another foot. It is adapted almost in all dances.

Fifth movement - steps with attachment of one foot crosswise behind another foot  in a step.  it is used mostly in Udj.

Variation 6.

This variation introduces steps with the attachment of one foot crosswise before another foot in three steps. This step is used in Zygetlate in the circular movements around the dancing area: this movement is performed with slightly bent knees,  so that the upper part of the body would remain on the same level without the bouncing.

"And" – raise left foot and advance forward-to the left.

"One"- advance right foot on the tiptoes crosswise before the left foot.

"And"- advance your left foot forward-left side and at the end of the count make a small jump from tiptoes of the same foot to tiptoes  forward-left side

"Two" - right foot to advance forward - to the left and at the end of the count “two” make a small jump from tiptoes to the tiptoes of the same foot with some advancement forward - to the left.

"And" - Advance left foot forward - to the left on the tiptoes, and raise the right foot backward. "Three" – advance right foot forward-to the left and at the end of the count “Three” make a small jump on the tiptoes of the same foot to the tiptoes with a certain advance forward-to the left.

"And” slightly raise left foot and put it forward-to the left

This movement can be made from the left foot.

Variation 7.

Change from the heel to the toe of the foot (l"epe-l'edak"). This movement is adapted in  Zygetlate dance and is performed with slightly bent knees.

"And" – place left foot on low tiptoes,  simultaneously raise the right foot with the slightly lowered toes.

"One" – step forward with the heel of the right foot and immediately after that raise the left foot with a bit lowered toe.

"And" – put the left foot forward on the tiptoes and immediately put the right foot  next to it.

"Two" - make a small jump forward with the left foot, simultaneously bring the right foot in air to the left foot and sharply put both feet to the floor with right foot on the tiptoes, and left foot’s tiptoes bent inward.

"And" – Jump from the left foot’s heel toward its tiptoes, simultaneously straighten up the knee of the right foot with its toe raised.

"Three" – advance left foot forward on its heel and immediately raise right foot with the lowered tiptoe to the small height.

"And" – Advance right foot forward on the tiptoes and immediately after that put left foot next to the right.

"Four" –make a small jump forward with the right foot, simultaneously air the left foot and put it sharply next to the right foot so that the left foot is on its tiptoes and the right foot’s tiptoes bent inward

"And" – make a small jump toward the tiptoes of the left foot, raise the right foot with the lowered toes.

Variation 8.

Steps 'forward-to the right' and 'forward-to the left' in every two steps. It is adapted in the Udj

"One" - having slightly turned to the right, raise the right foot and advance it forward - to the right.

"And"- Advance left foot forward in the same direction or put it crosswise behind the right foot.

"Two"- Advance the right foot forward in the same direction
"And"- make a small semicircle in air with the tiptoes of the left foot and put it next to the right foot

Next “One”, “And”, “Two”, “And”, make same movements but start from the left foot (be slightly turned to the left).

Variation 9.

Ninth movement - steps with the strokes made by each foot. This variation is used in Adygey Tlepechas and Kabardian Tslamey and is performed with slightly bent knees.

"One"- Advance right foot on the tiptoes and immediately  after that have your left foot with its straightened tiptoes raised by a light stroke.

 "And" – Advance the left foot forward on the tiptoes and immediately after that have the right foot with straightened tiptoe raised by a light stroke.

"Two"- Advance right foot on the tiptoes and immediately  after that have the left foot with the straightened tiptoes raised by a light stroke

"And"- maintain the pause

Variation 10.

This dance element  is adapted in Adygey Tlepechase and Kabardian Islamey also and is performed with the knees slightly bent down.

“One”- Have a left foot straightened up. Advance right foot forward on the low tiptoes or on entire foots (your option) and immediately after that have your straightened left foot raised forward.

“And” - Make a small sliding jump toward the tiptoes with the right foot, at the same time, sharply bend the left foot’s knee so that to touch the knee of the right leg.

“Two” -  Advance left foot forward on the low tiptoes  or on the entire foot  and immediately after that  have your straightened right foot raised forward.

“And” - Make a small sliding jump toward the tiptoes with the left foot, at the same time sharply bend the right foot’s knee so that to touch the knee of the left leg.
